I recently returned from a training course in San Diego. When I got back to Cambridge, my entire staff was eager and excited to hear about all of the things that I had learned. Near the end of my description of the course, one of them asked me, “Was the course good?” I hesitated for a moment because, in truth, the course was very intense and very tough at times. Today, 10 years later, there has been some much-needed improvement.
